Level Design

Most of what I have been doing for the past two weeks is working in engine on creating the level, fixing it to work more with what the programmers need, and decorating it. I've also been creating my own assets to put in it to match with the asset pack we already have. This is what it's looking like currently:

There are still more assets I want to make for it to help fill it up more, but I don't want to overfill it. I still want plenty of space for players and NPCs to get around. Thankfully because the style is simple it's pretty easy to create assets that fit in with everything else. We did end up making the walls much taller and I replaced the floors with one big tile instead of all the modular tiles, as those tiles were making the cats start flying out of nowhere.

Next Steps

I'll need to make the final touches on the GDD. It's mostly visual changes I'll be making at this point, as all the information we need is in it. I'll also need to finish up a few assets for the game while I'm at it, make more breakable meshes, and more than likely I'll be helping with audio implimentation.
